According to experts Mr. Lakatos and Mr. Dlopez "Secret Ninja, Roaring Tiger" (1980) is a re-edition of Korean movie "Duel of In-Ja Hall" (Injamunsalsu) produced in 1982-
If nobody stops me in 15 days I will change the year of this movie.

Finally I also found the chinese symbols of the original korean director, Kim Si Hyeon... in a japanese (!) site
http://www.hf.rim.or.jp/~t-sanjin/dir_kims.html (along with other korean directors) and checked them with a chinese poster of one of his movies
