Amazingly enough I can ID practically everyone in the film :D Well, I had a tiny bit of help from the Bey Logan commentary ;) Updated lots of role names/descriptions.

1. Train robber (not Yuen Kwai). ID'd: Billy Ching Sau Yat

2. Train robber - Paul Chang Chung

3. Fat woman (another familar face but never remembered her name)
Image

4. Blind girl.
Image

5. Bank manager - Hsu Hsia?
Image
ah, got a better one of him...
Image

6. Wang Yu & Sek Kin's kids
ImageImage

7. Billy Lau's mistress
Image

8. Young Sammo
Image

9. Sammo's mum... you never get a good look at her (she's only in it for that one shot!). Looks a bit like Meg Lam?
Image

10. Bey Logan informs me this is (Pauline) Wong Yuk Waan, who was married to Wu Ma... correct?
Image

11. Helen Au Hoi Lun?
Image

12. Philip Ko Fei

13. Richard Ng's mistress
Image

14. Yuen Tak, Lau Kar Wing & ?
Image

15. Mr Nostrils - still can't remember his name
Image

16. Is this Chow Gam Kong? If so, he seems to be moonlighting as a fireman in this shot?
Image

Might be a few more people to ID in the image gallery!

3, Tsui Oi Sam - Yes! Should have remembered she was in Treasure Hunters since it's only a few weeks since I saw it :)

15, Yeung Sai Gwan - yes, definitely. Should have remembered him from Fake Ghost Catchers, since I saw that even more recently!

16 Chow Gam Kong - Have to take your word for it... I guess that shot's from before they've changed into thieving clothes :)

14 Lee Chi Git (1)? Does look like him but I'm not sure either so I won't add him yet.

Wow! Your credits had very good image quality, so I deciphered a lot of people more!

(also added a portrait to Ms. Rothrock, I know it has not "Bruce size" but better this than nothing... )

Added 1 planner, 2 art directors more, 2nd unit cinematographer, 3rd. unit cinematographer, 4th unit cinematographer, 5th ( !) unit
cinematographer, with their respective 5 gaffers, of course , and 14 (!) actors more!

Ooh, 14 more actors? Now I have to go and find them all in my captures!

Were there no more credits for action directors/ass.ac.dirs? In the interview on the disc Yuen Biao talks about the fact they had 4 separate action teams shooting simultaneously on the set for the final brawl :D There's so many action directors in the cast they probably just choregraphed themselves :p

Oh, btw - in the Bey Logan commentary he mentions that the scene with Alfred Cheung in has been removed from every cut of the film he's seen (at least 4 versions)... so not sure if he should be credited or not? Perhaps with a role description "not in final cut(s)"?

In this case specifically all the action directors were credited under "Sammo Stuntmen Team"...

But thanks to Mr. Bearserk I found that "Project A Part II" has all their 18 (!) action directors credited!

We have to wait to hear Mr. Kistner's opinion... maybe Alfred appears in some reflexion or something like that.

"We have to wait to hear Mr. Kistner's opinion... maybe Alfred appears in some reflexion or something like that"

I can't remember seeing him in the movie. I also don't remember seeing Patrick Tse, Chin Siu Ho and Anthony Chan.
So Hang Suen could be the mother.

I take a look in the movie in the next days.

chin siu ho is in the movie, at the speech with the prostitute... (universe version)

Now Michael prove me he's human and he can make errors :D :D

That scene's not in the HKL cut of the film :(

I didn't see Patrick Tse or Anthony Chan either... same scene?

I also don't find the scene with Chin Siu Ho at my old tape (CHINATOWN VIDEO, uncut).
I also did not see Alfred Cheung, Anthony Chan, Kam Hing Yin and Patrick Tse. And I think many other cast members listed at "Guest stars" like Dik Boh Laai and Danny Yip are most likely also not in the movie.

That scene is not at my tape.
At a German review in the net it is mentioned that the Japan DVD has a different cut of the movie, who has more scenes as the Chinese versions, but also some cuts. It is mentioned that the Tai Seng version is the same. I guess that is your version.
Is Patrick Tse in your version of the movie?

the hkl dvd has more scene than the universe, but miss some scenes that were on the universe (the sammo speech and the ladies in the toilet)

i will have to check again some scenes to see if i see some guest stars...

"michael, i was thinking you were having all your movies in dvd... does your shaw are in dvd or vhs ?"

Many movies I have only on tape (because I had no DVD player when I started to be a HK movie fan and because many movies are not available on DVD/VCD).
The Celestial Shaw releases I have all on VCD. A few Shaw movies not released by Celestial I have on tape (many in German).

Sometimes I'm very happy to have the old tapes (or VCDs), because of the bad new sound effects DVDs sometimes have (examples: Sisters in Law, Triads -- The Inside Story, Treasure Hunt (Fat), Kung Fu vs. Acrobatic).
