Unfortunately Mr. Ciakmull removed all the screenshots, so I cannot prove my accusation, but WebPAC also says he was producer of this movie, and not executive producer.

I think (but I am not sure) "executive producer" (with the symbols 執行監製 ) is a job created in Hong Kong movies of the end of the 60s...

HKFA books sometimes say "executive producer" when is only producer.

Yeah, the Filmographies list it as Executive producer, also at least one of the listings (English) in the Webpac list a different person as producer and Ng Dan Fung as the executive producer (Never Forgotten, below), so I dunno.

Correct. Here is the edit_log entry for that particular submission (dated 12/31/2004):

20041231030116 calros /db/movies/edit/credits/crew/submit.mhtml 17067:people_id 1:job_id 1375:movie_id

1:job_id means you submitted the person as Producer. Executive Producer would be 15.

I gave Mr. Ciakmull editor status so he would hopefully upload some of those screenshots, and we would have them here permanently for reference

No argument that Producer was originally entered (see my first original post, I cut and pasted the original entry). But damned if I can find it through the log search.
