including former SB Stars Chen Feng Zhen, Li Wen Zhong, Chang Pei Shan (sorry I can't get used to the cantonese names)

Woman Prisoner No. 407 2 and should be a korean Movie from 1976/1977

I am not quite sure about that, cause it seems to have an all chinese cast.

I checked the database of the Hong Kong Film Archive. Unfortunately the movie is not in the database.
Maybe the movie is in the Koren movie database.
