Heroes Of The East - Japanese actors

I've updated some of the big5's for the Japanese actors, listed at the end of the credits, using as source screenshots from the movie.
Big5 added :
Nobuo Yana
Hitoshi Ohmae
Naozo Kato
Big5 added and name corrected :
Yasutaka Nakazaki (not Makazaki)
There are problems with the other three names.
The characters for "Takeshi Yamamoto" do not match the name.
Inhouse translator says the best reading would be "Harada Riki".
Of course, this could be an alternate name.
I have the big5 ready to load, but am unsure about how to present this apparent alternate name - "Best guess at pronounciation of actual name" sounds awfully hedgy.
Further discussion welcome from anyone who can read J names and knows obscure martial arts actors.
The characters for "Manabu Shirai" do not match the name.
Inhouse translator says the best reading would be "Takizaki Hayato".
I am unable to find the big5 for all characters, though I have not checked my "rare names" database yet.
As above, this could be an alt name.
Most confusing of the three is Tetsu Sumi.
The characters are a kind-of almost match.
I believe it could be possible to read the name as Tetsuo Sumi.
Inhouse translator says the best reading would be "Sumitomo Shiro".
I am missing one of the big5 characters (2nd char, and it should be a nice easy one). The 3rd char is Sze, as in the name Szeto.
For a non-Japanese, predicting pronounciations of J names is an art form. Unlike in Chinese, most J name characters have at least 2 different alt pronounciations, and sometimes many more.
Inhouse translator (Japanese national) can in some cases not even guess the way the name should be pronounced, especially if the actor is not well known.
