I don't know Ng Kwun Lai well enough to ID her without having seen the film. But that's definitely does not look like Lee Heung Kam to me.

According to ipac she plays Zhao Mei E, Lam Fung plays Guo Feng Chu, Ng Kwun Lai play Guo Siao Lan, if that helps.

I had the same doubt, but she doesn't seem to me neither Patricia Lam Fung, so for the moment I associate her with Lee Heung Kam, otherwise the pics will be deleted. What I mean is: what to do if I would like to upload some screenshots with people I couldn't identify (and associate)?

No associations are required. Until last week and guilao/Bob's current upgrade, this was the standard and only option for images, i.e.,description only, so in your case I'd suggest just put the title of the film.
