I think the actor's credit for To Kill a Jaguar in Lee Hang (2) 李行's filmography actually belongs to Lee Hang (3) 李恆. Lee Hang (2) was a taiwanese director while Lee Hang (3) was a character actor for Shaw Brothers.

You had the original credits' screenshots of that film. Have you checked if that man appears in them?

Lee Hang (2) is listed in the cast list, but Lee Hang (3) appear as one of the villains.
