I have no way of proving this, but my instinct tells me that actress Winnie Leung, whose first film was in 1999, was not the producer of BLOODSTAINED TRADEWINDS in 1990, as her database bio suggests. She's a fairly young actress as it is, so I would imagine she was a little young to be producing movies in 1990. Perhaps someone else knows for sure, but I strongly suspect this to be the case.

Also, according to WebPAC, the only producer of that film was Chen Kuan Tai.

So, if nobody stops me in 15 days, I will remove that credit.
