I'm not sure how he's billed (Ngai Sing or Chou Siu-lung), but he definitely plays the Devil Monster's top henchman, who's trying to get a hold of the "Yin Woman" played by Valerie Chow. As per usual, I can't post images from the film, so perhaps someone else here can verify this. I'm surprised neither of the reviewers in the database noticed him as he has a major role in this largely forgettable film. I'm going to see if I can find his name in the credits, which are all in Chinese, and compare against his credits on other films, so hopefully I might be able to verify this myself.

According to WebPAC , Chow Siu Lung (2) is an alias of Ngai Sing/Collin Chou Siu Lung.

So, if nobody stops me in 7 days, I will merge them.
