1. Both are composers and actors
2. I have DVD of "Girls without tomorrow 1992" - in our database composer is Lo Goon-Ting but on the DVD written that composer is Lowell Lo.

According to WebPAC, Lo Goon-Ting is a pseudonym of Lowell Lo Koon-Ting .

If nobody stops me in 15 days, I will merge both names.
