Added all of them. Your chinese symbols of the new names were totally correct.

I took advantage of your scan to put also the original author (why didn't you suggest him? He is a very famous author and is in the Db!) and the film editor (new name).

I think you wanted to suggest the "production manager" too and you had the same probles as me...

Finally, I don't know what to do with the other writer, who does not appear in your scan... I keep him? I better don't touch it.
