Sorry! But I am afraid I won't touch much, this one.
I think your "vcd credits" are not correct.
Firstly, it says that the film editor of that film, Leung Wing Chan (梁永燦) is also the writer.
Later says that the director of the movie is not Lo Wei, but Willie Chan Chi Keung (陳自強)
It would be the first movie he directs...
Frankly, I prefer the screen captures, although they be not clearly seen...
