Most of the names are in mandarin. I don't know if I wrote them down correctly.

Title alias: JADE GODDESS OF MERCY

Script:
Ivy Ho 岸西

Cast and characters names:
Vicky Zhao (An Xin)
Nicholas Tse (Mao Jie)
Liu Yunlong (Yang Rui)
Sun Haiying
Chen Jianbin

Story:
Hai Yan

Cinematographer:
Kwan Pun-Leung 關本良

Here's the dvd back cover for with all the cast & credits (and with the chinese characters):

As you can see, there's also a mainland co-director, Dao Ming. But from the film credits the only director seems to be Ann Hui. We should update the entry with this second director or leave the direction just to Ann Hui?

For the moment, I added only the alias, the cinematographer, the writer (thank you for the symbols) and the original writer.

Your suggestion has put on the table a very interesting question:
A co-director is a director or an assistant director? :?

During today I'll try to put more information about this movie, but it won't be easy, because I need the Big5 of most of them and your photo, although very clear for the english translation, is very unclear for my sight to distinguish the chinese symbols...

Well! Calros never fails!

Added most of them!
Many of them were new names, so I added them in mandarin.
Also I put the alias of Zhao Lin to Chiu Lun, because the music CDs of that mister have his name in mandarin, not in cantonese (please...!). :?

Finally, the "co-director" topic. Some sites only credited Mrs. Hui as director of the film, but a few named Dao, too.
The chinese symbols of his post, 聯合導演 (I think) mean exactly "co-director", as say the english translation. But you say that he does not appear in the credits as director...
So, solution (for the moment): Dao Ming, Assistant director. :?

Another thing: the entry year should be 2004, not 2003.

Yes... but not.

This film was a co-production, and you know that in co-productions the premiere dates vary from a country (or province, or prefecture, or whatever :x ) to another.

"Jade Goddess of Mercy" was released in Hong Kong in 2004, that's true... but in other chinese provinces, as Shanghai http://www.google.com.hk/search?q=cache ... F&hl=zh-TW this film was premiered in December of 2003. 8)
