are the 2 movie the same ?

The second one is a film.
The first one is an episode of a TV series (or a Video series, I'm not sure) entitled 重案實錄 (WorldLingo: Important law case factual record) starring Danny Lee, Eric Kei and Parkman Wong.
For that reason it does not appear in the VALUABLE book you gave to me.
