Lam Ban - s/b split into two

According to a review I read by Stephen Teo, Lam Ban was killed in 1967, allegedly a victim of a political assassination. Based on that, I'm surmising that there are actually two Lam Bans. I'm proposing a second Lam Ban be created and the credits split as shown below.

I was the one who uploaded the images, from "Sword for a Killer" and "Four Winds". So if the name is split, those images should stay with the later credits.
