Last week, I went to the entry in the database for MOONLIGHT EXPRESS (this was prior to my being a part of this beta test), and I noticed that the cast listing for the film was missing Michelle Yeoh's name. Since I am now an "editor" of the database, I went back to this page today in order to add her to the cast listing, but discovered that there were no longer ANY cast/crew listings for this film! I've partially corrected this (see below), but I figured this loss of data might be something I should bring to your attention, as it seems to point to a potential bug.<br><br>(NOTE: I added Michelle Yeoh, Leslie Cheung, and Tokako Tokiwa to the cast listing. I also added Daniel Lee as Director, but in so doing, I noticed that the "Daniel" part of his name was not in the database, so I added this info. as well)<br><br>Paul (imarriedajooksing)

<br>Hi Paul,<br><br>I spoke to Ryan about this a little while ago and he's pretty sure that none of the '99 movies had any credits until this week. The only explaination I can think of is that since he's been creating '99 records for the past couple of weeks so there's an outside chance that that record was dropped and recreated.<br><br>Thanks for adding those credits and updating Daniel Lee's name. One of the reasons we're keen on getting western names set is so that editors don't create new, duplicate records for people just because they couldn't find the name they were looking for in the db. Duplicate records are a real problem for obvious reaons. Even if we identify a pair it's a real hassle to consolidate all the links, images and reviews distributed between the two (or, god forbid, more).<br><br>-eric<br><br><br><br><br>
