Romance in the Northern Country (1969, was 1981)

For some reason it was dated 1981. It's actually the 1969 film. I was unable to determine if this row is a duplicate of another one.

I added in the director (Wong Sing-Lui). but none of the other additional credits. Had the theatrical info added in (courtesy HKFA). Is this Taiwanese? I couldn't find Chen Chen in any of the other off-site credits, but Peter Yang is in both.
