Yi Sui-Fan / (施瑞芬) , the first character is Sze or Si and not Yi.

Luk Siu-Pang / (陸少鵬), the movie credit is (陸少鳴) but the HKFA is (陸少鵬). Not sure which is correct?

Regarding Yi sui fan, you are right. The surname can be pronounce as Yi as well.

However, the credit does not have an english name credit and as such, we shd stick to common only used surname for easy searching. E.g

Sze Man / (施敏)

Sze Ming / (施磊)

Sze Ning / (施寧)

Sze Oi-Ling / (施愛玲)

Sze Pak-Yeuk / (施伯約)

Sze Tai-Wo / (施泰戈)
