Two different Andrew Kam's?

this entry of course shows the guy who did indeed do Fatal Termination, Heart Of Killer etc and those Chinese signs matches the credits of the former for instance. However in 2004's I.T. Story, and bear in mind I can't read Chinese, has Andrew Kam as director in Engllish but the last Chinese sign to me doesn't seem to match. You guys reckon it's a different Andrew Kam or it's the same but a variant of his name in Chinese?

If you look at the chinese display of Andrew Kam (and if your browser can display chinese characters) you will see that Kam has another chinese alias.
