Merge Maan Lee-Hung and Fanny Fan Lai

I just discovered that Maan Lee-Hung and Fanny Fan Lai are one and the same. Maan Lee-Hung was her name when she started out acting in the Cantonese division of Shaw Brothers before moving over to the Mandarin division.
