Chinese title doesn't match the one in the DB, but it's the same film.

Why are you so sure? the credited director and the credited actors are not the same.

The English credits for director (Ting Chung) and two of the actors (Cheung Pooi-Saan, Ko Keung) at both Tai Seng and HKMDB are the same including the title "Abnormal Man". That's what made me think it was the same movie.

If it's different from the listed credits, then what does the Chinese lettering on the box claim the director and actors are? And which movie is it?

in the cover of that movie "變態狂" it says the cast is 葉倩倩 Yip Sin-Sin, 童真 Tung Chan and 張芮豪Cheung Yue-Ho, which are not in the cast of "Great Escape from Women's Prison". Also the director is not Ting Chung.

If that's the case, then "Abnormal Man" should proably be removed as an alias for this film at HKMDB. The Tai Seng website/catalog is probably the source for this alias and is wrong.

That second title at IMDB sounds like a wretched movie.

Anyway, is there a consensus to remove the alias?

In the HKMDb you never have to search passively consensus.
You must do active imperative warnings like "If nobody objects in 15 days I will..." etc.
