I have no idea whether 涂東鄉 = 徐東鄉 or not, but 涂 ≠ 徐

涂 Pronounced as "To" (Cantonese)/ "Tu" (Mandarin)
徐 "Chui" or "Tsui" (Cantonese) / "Hsu"(Mandarin)

I think this was an error of the editor who added the chinese name, maybe from credits written with brush (maybe it was me).

According to the HKFA the right one is 涂東鄉
