Action director is credited with Jeng dai-kim & Dang wing yiu.

According to HKFA, they are car stunt team.

Also, Dang wing yiu shd be Tang Wai-Yiu / (鄧偉耀)

Yes you are right. Remember that at the beginning, HKMDB had not "car stunt director" job, so some editors added them as action directors or assistant directors. Now we are fixing these credits.
