Jakcie Chan is not listed in movie as Action director.

Michiko Nishiwaki's role is Meigo (drug dealer)

Can anyone confirm and update?

Jackie Chan "Action Directed" exactly one shot in the film - Yukari Oshima talks about it in the interview on the HKL disc.
