Producer mixup on Legend of Flying Swordsman?

The producer here is listed as Cheung Paang-yiu, but this appears to his only credit since 1987:

If I recall correctly, the producer of LEGEND OF FLYING SWORDSMAN is Peter Cheung Wing-yiu, who I believe is one of the partners in Menfond Digital (??), which did the special FX. He's also producer of the rather crappy THE LEGENDARY HEROES (1999) and THE LEGENDARY HEROES PART II (1999).
