I'd love to know more about this one myself. I have it listed as a HK production, circa 1990, though that information shouldn't be considered reliable (info on this one is incredibly scarce, online and in print!). If anyone could confirm the details...

Very much looks like Taiwanese production.

... are all listed, and are either Taiwanese, or associated with Taiwanese films.

Actor - possible Wong Chung Yue, but can't quite make out name to be sure. And Gam To has a few possible matches.

All we need now, to add it, is the Chinese title.
