Chasing Girls (1981)

Saw this movie and wondered if the guy who played bowling with Dean Shek is Lee To-Yue of "Young and Dangerous" series. He looks very much like him but it's a movie from 1981 and Lee To-Yue came into the spotlight only in 1995. Does anyone have this movie?
