Duplicate removal - Hoh Hak Wai (2)

No credits are left on ID 6721, evidently an alt character duplicate of 6046 - Hoh Hak Wai (1).

So I propose to
- Delete Hoh Hak Wai (2)
- Change ID 6046 to Ho Hak Wai (no number).

A big5 search on their names at HKFA's iPac turns up two separate credit listings:

#2 何刻威 / Peter Ho / Ho Cheuk-Wing
#1 何克威 / Ho Hak-Wai / Ho Har-Wai

They seem to be different people at first glance. And there is a Hoh Cheuk Wing in our database with corresponding credits. So, maybe add #2's Big5 name as an alias to id 8671?

Upon further reflection, I think I've misinterpreted the search results and shouldn't add the alias as I originally stated.
