Both have same directors, actors and Chinese names.

Killers Five has more info, I would therefore retire "Killers", but move over the original theatrical run on to Killers 5:

Found the other one though, and I'm pretty sure you're right about it being the same film. I updated the release date on Killers Five, but haven't removed the "Killers" title from the db... this is the link:
