Yes, this is an old topic.

Chan's "filmography" in that book is not very accurate.
His fans have found several errors in the roles and crew credits.

Chan does not appear in the cast credits of these films, so it is not easy to find him.

"The Dragon Tamers" was choreographed by Chuen. Case closed (maybe Chan was assistant choreographer here but he does not appear in the credits)

"Iron Fisted Monk" we need the screenshots and WebPAC says Chan does not appear in the credits.

Note that Jackie's "autobiography" was *not* written by Jackie Chan... apart from anything else, Jackie still can't write apparently :p It was written by... some other guy... based on interviews with Jackie. Much of what's written in the book may therefore be "embellishments" the writer added himself.
