Joseph Jennings - ID?

It lists him as a kung fu instructor, but after a little research it turns out he actually practices Isshin Ryu karate. I found a picture of a book he did, with him on the cover:
From the cast IDs, the only other unidentified Caucasian actor is this guy, who looks quite similar. If no one objects I'll ID this photo as Joseph Jennings in 5 days.
