The Lai Kim-Hung image looks not like Lai Kim-Hung in my eyes.

That actor

must be Fung Yun-Chuen.
Actor and name are also in "Mr. Big" and "Hellfire Angel".
He is maybe also Fung Yung Tong of the "All the Wrong Spies" cast list. The Name is very similiar and the actor is in the movie:

Added image and role to Fung Yun-Chuen and changed role for Glen Thomson.

Can see if I can't get some more pictures of the driver this weekend to make the ID easier.

Have someone objections if I merge Fung Yun-Chuen with Fung Yung Tong?
