Sorry, but I don't remember, it's been a while since I looked it over.

I checked my DVD and that extra appears in the subway chase together with Pan Yung-Sheng in the same moment.
I think it is Siu Tak-Foo (changed), added him to the cast and tagged another image with him:

A few moments before Pan and Siu appear another extra looks like Johnny Cheung.

Added new to the cast: Siu Tak-Foo, Cheung Wing-Hon (early in the subway chase), Wong Ka-Kui (restaurant extra), Ernest Mauser (submarine thug)

Aha, I always struggle with Kei Ho-chiu and Siu Tak-foo
