Looking at the below post on Challenge the Caballer (1984?), I found this list.
https://www.douban.com/doulist/45956980/180 entries with posters and lobby cards.
The first couple are checked are already added.
Please can someone take this as a project.
May be some time before I can get to it.

How did the Cantonese characters end up in your titles? Did you accidentally use a Cantonese simplified to traditional converter?

What do you mean ? The DB uses Traditional as default, so they need to be converted.
Or are you saying that some were wrongly converted ?

Yes, I see. Some weird conversions. Dammit, I even verified them as well. The pages were crashing during the updates, so there was a bit of confusion. Thanks for pointing this out. Corrected.

I haven't been able to work some of them out.
And something about your method ?
This could inspire others to trawl through the lists.
I am currently preparing 1980 and 1982, with of course more to follow.

Either I am typing with Microsoft Pinyin or convert the simplified characters with a tool. The Big5 Search is flawed and doesn't always recognize all characters, 功 for example, that's why I never instantly give up when I don't get a result. In those cases I try a part of the title, or I use google and in tough cases I check the filmography of the director. Also, five of the titles I recognized at the first glance and knew that they already exist. And if you see "Godfrey Ho" or "John Liu" on the douban site, it is very likely that the title already exists in some way.
Also, some of the Douban titles are tricky, this title, for example, are actually two titles: 达摩神功 少林功夫大师. And I think that "签上签" in "賭國仇城" is probably an accident.
