One ID is 3843, and the other one ID is 101456, both of them are Female, and all have the Costume Designer data.

The difference only is one's English name is the 3843 born in TW, and the another have no data; the 3843's English name is Liu Lili (her aka name have Lau Lai-Lai, too) and the other is Lau Lai-Lai.

Does they are one actress? or one is TW and the other is HK?
even if they were 2 actress, Liu Lili have 2 Costume Designer movie, does these belong her or belong Lau Lai-Lai?

Given the gap of many years between the end of the acting credits and costume etc,
it looks like the actor and costume etc belong to two different people.

I recommend moving the costume credits to the other, though I have no other evidence.
