Updating Yesterday Once More (2023), this veteran actress appears as Mrs Han.
Her douban page shows many roles in the intervening time (since the 70s).

Douban shows her born in 1965.
Though the name matches, and the face matches quite well,
that would make her only ten when appearing in the 70s films.
