These are 2 different people.
One is the kid actress, called Su Hui-Lun (蘇慧倫) also known as Pei Pei (珮珮).
She was a popular kid actress in 80's, but when she grew up she didn't continue with TV and movies, and became a lawyer. As a lawyer she has now also an English name "Helen Su", but I don't know if this is important.
From HKMDB filmography she appears in all the movies from 80's. Her images are: 2 black-and-white ones, the one in the red dress, and 2 from "King of snake".
The other one is a singer/actress called Tarcy Su (not Tracy)(蘇慧倫). She was in the 1993-2012 movies. And her images are the ones from "God man dog", "Blue Cha Cha" and the 2 with the blue background.
