Chow Kong (1) not appear as actor in DUEL OF THE TOUGH but it is the same with Kei Ho-Chiu and it is not unusual with such productions that the actor credits are not trustworthy.

That poster (with more cast/crew credits missing in the hkmdb credits!!!)
