People's Police (1988)

Based on the cast, writers and directors, this is actually a 1987 Mainland film called 中國刑警. The name of director "Chow Hiu-Chik (周曉文)" is a misreading of Zhou Xiaowen's (http://hkmdb.com/db/people/view.mhtml?id=11310) name. I'm going to change the title, year and country, delete "Chow Hiu-Chik" and update the rest of the credits. I think it would be alright to change some of the currently-added names to a pinyin version, too.
