Yes. As someone born in Inner Mongolia in the 1940s and moved to Taiwan as a child, using this Wade-Giles romanization Chien Te-Men is OK. Some of the Chinese language sources in Taiwan refer to him as Chien Te-Men.

I will add some additional aliases we are missing for him.
