Can anyone help me identify the Korean and Chinese title of this film? I want to add it to the database.

https://www.kmdb.or.kr/eng/db/kor/detail/movie/K/03211/creditFor the release date, do I put it in as the original Korean release date (1978) or the Hong Kong release (1980)?

Use the Korean release date. And also add the Korean title as an alias. Korean movie titles will become UTF-8 searchable.
