OK, Yuet Wa-Cheung has done the 99% of his movies in Taiwan, so his name should be romanised in Mandarin.

Maybe Yueh Hua-Hsiang would be better than Yue, considering the personal name already uses Wade-Giles.

And just in general and FYI on this topic, while this makes perfect logical sense, you would be amazed at how often people have names of mixed romanizations - particularly when a family has roots going back to when Wade-Giles use was common in China prior to the officialization of pinyin in the 1970s. My wife's family is one example known to me personally. Her given name on her passport and HKSAR ID card are Yale romanized cantonese while her family name is Wade-Giles.

We are in a tough business with romanized Chinese names. Almost any guess we make about names could be wrong and that is why I emphasize the use of "credited as" romanized names as much as possible. (And editors generally do a great job). Obviously, for people whose origin and films are from China or Taiwan, using pinyin for younger people and Wade-Giles for older people is perhaps our best guess in the absence of romanized credits.
