The Best Secret Agent (64) partly wrong cast?

I can't help but get the impression that some names are wrong
Suspiciously many cast members like Wang Quen, Lung Suen, Sherman Chow Shiu-Dung, Lily Lan Yu-Li, Li Ching-Ching, Hu Hsiang-Ping (1) and Chang Cheng-Lan started many years after 1964 their careers.
The source of the mistake should be that one:

My opinion is we only trust in that case the names on the poster, the actors shown on the cast page and the movie credits if someone have the complete movie.
