I'll investigate the similarities between the two, but they definitely can't be the exact same film. 'No Way to a Girl' has (among others) songs like 'Love is the Drug' by Grace Jones and 'Physical' by Olivia Newton-John in it, which were released in 1980 and 1981 respectively. Also, where does the 'Flowers Fluttering Everywhere' title come from? I couldn't find a source for it.

It seems reasonable and I'd trust them since they seem to be a big Liu Wen-cheng fan, but it's difficult to verify since neither film seems to be available in its original version.

I don't know either (created by carlos in 2012) but that is a good chance to add some missing actors and crew credits
to "No way" (credited in Youtube with "Love Popcorn"(!!)
