HKFA entry disagrees. HKFA says Norman Law was born in 1948. Art director's English name is simply Norman.
1950 yob is likely taken from Roman Tam's (aka ??) birth year, HKFA says 1945 but many bios cite Feb 1950 (for Roman).

Also, composer credit for See-Bar s/b Roman Tam. He sang the theme song.
