The Thief in Black (1948) [???] and Robber in Black (1941) [???] - same movie?

Now I suspect that "The Thief in Black" is the HK release title of Shanghai movie "Robber in Black".
Outfit is the same in both movies.

If nobody stops me in 15 days I will merge them.

If one movie is released in Shanghai in 1941, and later is released in Hong Kong in 1948, the year of production must be 1941.
