I usually tag such assistants with credit order 2, 3, etc.

According to our rules, assist. cinematographers, assist. editors, assist. art directors, etc. must not appear in our DB.

Only assist. directors, assist. action directors and 2nd unit cinematographers, must appear.

9.1) Assistants and 2nd Unit Crew

Excepting directors and action directors, assistants must not be added to the DB.

2nd/3rd/4th Unit can be added, but in 2nd place of the credits, that is: 2nd unit cinematographer in 2nd place, after the chief cinematographer.
