There is some confusion regarding this film in our database. At some point, someone apparently believed that
Suet Leung (aka
Lady Snow) and
Lady Lee, both 1969 Taiwanese period pieces starring Tanny, are one and the same. But they are not.
http://hkmdb.com/db/movies/view.mhtml?id=10561The page for
Suet Leung seems to be accurate. But I'm quite sure the current Chinese title ?? is wrong and does not mean anything, so it should be changed to the actual title, ??, as verified by the images uploaded by heinz Germany.
http://hkmdb.com/db/movies/view.mhtml?id=13130The page for
Lady Lee currently has quite a few crew and cast members added, many of whom are actually from
Suet Leung. There is a capture of
Suet Leung's title card, too, as well as some actor portraits. I don't know which of the two films they come from. heinz Germany added them, so hopefully he remembers so they can be assigned properly.
Fixing
Suet Leung should be easy enough, but what about
Lady Lee? I don't think it would be wise to simply remove all the actors who appear in
Suet Leung, since some of them certainly could have been in this film as well - Tanny, at the very least. Unfortunately, I do not have this film. If someone does, it would be really nice of them to come forward.
