That's funny Yip San's page have the same problem.
I didn't knew who Yip San was, but now according to her filmography and some of the images I believe I know who she is. I think she was also in Ghost punting, but I don't see this movie in her filmography. I don't remeber her in On parole, but except of Pauline Wong all the girls in movie where Kara Hui's ex-prisoner friends, so I think she was one of them. I'll check her again later.

I couldn't find real Yip San in Miracles and Police story 2 DB galleries. Will have to find her in the movies itself.
But! Last time I've seen Miracles, I spotted Joanna Chan in it, and she doesn't credited in DB for this movie. I can't make a screencap with her form this movie right now, because I haven't recieved my DVD yet, but if anyone is willing to do it - she can be clearly seen a couple of times in a scene where all the Jackie gang members and whores make rehearsal for the engagement banquet.
