I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that "Stephen Chan" (credited as an actor in Long Arm Of The Law III, no other info at all) is actually the same person as Stephen Chang Gwong Chin.<br><br>I'm actually looking for Stephen Chu, whom I've seen credited with executive producer-type roles in a few movies (inc. Skyline Cruisers). Can't see him in the DB though?<br><br>
